Yes we do accept walk in as well. We always put aside 2 rooms for walk ins, first come first serve only for these rooms. Feel free to call ahead when you are on your way to check the availability of these rooms.

If you’re buying alcohol, everyone in your room needs to have valid ID 19+ in order for us to serve the drink. If there are any underage, alcohol must be consumed at the bar area.

Takeout and delivery food is allowed; however we do not permit outside drinks (no exceptions). Bags will be checked upon check in, any drinks that you bring can be put aside at the front desk until your check out time.

We are following the city by law, all alcoholic beverages must be purchased and served before 2am and we have to take any alcohol from the room by 2:30am.

A deposit is required to confirm your reservation. We will send secured link for deposit payment. The deposit amount is the first hour fee of your room. Room reservation is not secured until deposit is paid. The deposit amount is paid towards your total room cost.

You need to inform us 48 hours prior to your reservation start time to cancel your reservation in order to receive a refund of your deposit. If less than 48 hours, deposit will be forfeited (no exceptions). Any changes to your reservation also must be made minimum 48 hours before your original reservation.

Yes we do accept private booking as well outside your regular hours, with minimum spending of $150, we need minimum 48 hours notification for this request.

Case by case basis if there is availability, you can call us and we may be able to hold the reservation for 30 minutes. We will start charging for the room after 30 minutes with your deposit funds. If after 30 minutes we have been unable to contact you, we will cancel the reservation and you will forfeit your deposit.

On Friday and Saturday there is a minimum of 2 hours for any rooms. All other times are a minimum of 1 hour. After the initial time, we charge in 30 minute increments.

We support playing songs from YouTube, you can upload your songs first on YouTube and play it using our system.

The only requirement is the minimum room rental and that you have fun.

We only offered private room karaoke experience. Our bar however open for public, if you want to chill and get some drinks in our comfortable lounge.

Yes, our establishment is fully accessible, we have elevator and ramp as well in our venue.

Yes, however customers must take down and clean the decorations that was put up in the rooms. Clean up fee may be charged. If there is a huge mess of glitter/confetti/silly string inside the room after your reservations time.
